By ordering through any method offered within this website, the customer is entering into a contract with Scoota Mart Ltd.

In addition to the disabled scooters listed on this website we are able to supply most other makes and models. Please contact us for a competitive quote.

Free Express Delivery within the UK Mainland
We provide an express service with all our disabled scooters and the prices shown on this website include delivery to your door anywhere in the UK mainland. An option of personal delivery is also available, please ask for details.

To keep our prices competitive we may dispatch some items by courier service. To ensure the scooter reaches you in perfect condition, we assemble the scooter, conduct safety checks then repackage with added padding before we allow the scooter to be dispatched.

Delivery is usually within 3 working days from the date of order, but should you require it sooner, let us know and we will make very effort to try and get it there.

Worldwide Delivery
We welcome worldwide disabled scooter enquiries so should you live outside the UK please contact us for a quote. Delivery costs to Ireland start from as little as £30 for some of the lightweight disabled scooters to be delivered by courier.

All orders outside of the UK mainland will be delivered by courier service

Payment
For goods delivered by courier service we require payment in full at the time of order by debit/credit card or by cheque (all cheques take 5 working days to clear before we can dispatch your order).

On all other products, you can pay in full or we can take a 20% deposit (which can be payable by cheque or debit/credit card). The outstanding balance will then be due on delivery to the driver by either debit/credit card, cash or bankers cheque.

VAT
Individuals purchasing disabled mobility products for their own personal use are usually exempt from paying VAT. We will require you to sign a simple declaration form that confirms you are eligible to receive goods at a VAT exempt price. Our prices are therefore shown exclusive of any VAT.

Warranty and Guarantee
Our after sales service means that should you experience any problems with your disabled Scooter, we will be there to help you.

We have access to a National Network of Trained Engineers so that no matter where you are, we can get you back on the road as soon as possible.

All of our products come with a full 12 months' guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials. This warranty does not cover maintenance problems such as flat batteries, punctures and general wear and tear. In these instances a call out charge will usually apply.

Returns policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” state within 7 working days of delivery and receive a full refund, less delivery costs (maximum £95 charge in the UK). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.

Price Beater Terms & Conditions

1. The competitor has to be an established Mobility Retailer. We do not offer price beaters against products sold via online auctions.
2. The competitor's web site has to be properly hosted with a registered domain name, we will not attempt to beat prices from web sites hosted on free web space.
3. The competitor's web site has to be uk based.
4. The competitor's advertised price has to verified by Scoota Mart staff.
5. The competitor's price has to be clearly advertised on their web site, we will not normally attempt to beat any promotion price or any price offered to you as a special one off deal.
6. We will only attempt to beat the prices from a list of our known competitors, we will however consider competitors not in our known list. We will reserve the right to refuse an attempt to beat the price of any competitor not in our known list.
7. We will only attempt to beat the price of like for like products produced by the same manufacturer.
8. In most cases price beaters will not be offered on end of line, one off special offers, clearance stock or seconds.
